Our Systems

Aligned to ISO 9001:2015 · Integrated Management System

Quality and safety you can build on.

Behind every EMS job sits one integrated management system that keeps our work safe, consistent and right the first time — across mining, rail, port and civil projects in Queensland.

Skilled people, one set of standards

One system

From tender to handover.

Our integrated management system brings quality, safety and environmental control together in one place. It is not a folder that sits on a shelf — it is the way our supervisors and crews plan a job, run it on site, check the work and close it out. That means you get the same reliable standard on every project, large or small.

How our system works

A simple cycle that runs every job.

Our system follows Plan, Do, Check, Act. It is the same logic that drives ISO 9001, and it gives our team a clear rhythm for delivering work and improving as we go.

Step 1

Plan

We review the scope, risks and client requirements before work starts, then set up the right controls for the job.

Contract review, risk assessment, mobilisation
Step 2

Do

Crews carry out the work to documented methods, with safe work method statements and clear instructions on site.

SWMS, work instructions, pre-starts
Step 3

Check

We inspect and test the work against hold points, record results and pick up any issue before it reaches you.

Inspection & test plans, audits
Step 4

Act

We fix the root cause, capture the lesson and feed it back through management review so the next job is better.

Corrective action, management review

Why it gives you confidence

Four things our system guarantees.

Quality assured on site

Every trade has an inspection and test plan with defined hold points. Work is checked and signed off as it progresses, so defects are caught early and handover is clean.

Safety built into the work

Safe work method statements, job safety analysis, daily pre-starts and toolbox talks keep risk controlled. Incidents are reported, investigated and learned from.

Aligned to ISO 9001:2015

The system is structured to the ISO 9001:2015 framework, with every clause mapped to a controlled document. It gives you the assurance of a recognised standard.

Practical for real site use

The system is written in plain language for supervisors and tradespeople. Forms are short, checklists are clear, and the paperwork supports the work rather than slowing it down.

A structured framework

Six levels, all working together.

Our documents are organised into six clear levels. Each one supports the level above it, so the policy you read at the top is connected to the checklist a supervisor signs on site.

Quality on every pour

  • Inspection and test plans for concrete, carpentry and civil works
  • Defined hold points and witness points before work proceeds
  • Pre-start and site inspection checklists
  • Non-conformance and corrective action when something is off
  • Project handover and defects close-out

Safety that holds up

  • Safe work method statements for all high risk activities
  • Job safety analysis and daily pre-starts
  • Fatigue, drug and alcohol controls
  • Incident reporting and investigation
  • Plant, equipment and operator competency checks

The complete picture

Every part of the system, mapped.

Our management system is organised into clear groups, from top-level governance through to the forms our crews use each day.

Controlled documents, two managed libraries, one register

Every document is version-controlled and tracked in the Master Document Register (EMS-REG-001), split across our governance library and a dedicated site operations library. Nothing is informal, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Robust processes. Reliable outcomes.

When you engage Evoke Maintenance Services, you are not just hiring a crew. You are backing a business that has thought carefully about how good work gets done, and built the system to deliver it every time. We would welcome the chance to show you how it works on your next project.
