As a self-motivated manager with a background in electrical construction, Brendan has a deep understanding of both facets of EMS’s core business, and his focus on EMS’ people and values sees him continually empower the team. Brendan’s ability to swiftly adapt to new conditions and business requirements means he can deftly lead the company to long-term success.
JONATHON DRAYTON
Construction Manager
Jonathon is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of successfully managing multimillion-dollar mining and construction projects from conception to fruition.
Jonathon co-ordinates employees, tradesmen, engineers and architects, as well as building good relationships with clients, in order to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget. Jonathon also brings extensive expertise in team-building, leadership and quality-control management to his role at EMS.
MICK FINUCAN
Project Manager
Having spent twelve years in the civil, construction and mining industries, Mick has the knowledge and drive to deliver projects to a high standard whilst keeping safety firmly in mind. Starting his career as concrete form setter and steel fixer, Mick was mentored through the ranks to the position of Project Manager. With a proven track record, Mick has the skills to consistently execute projects safely, on-time and on-budget.
PETER BONNICI
Conveyor Specialist
With a background in the mining industry, Peter consistently delivers complex projects within scheduled timeframes. Self-motivated and with 19 years’ experience, Peter’s background is in metal fabrication, belt splicing, and conveyor belt maintenance and installations – both surface and underground – throughout Australia. With honed personal management skills and an ability to relate at all levels and skill-sets with both clients and employees, Peter prioritises safety, commitment to procedures and timely reporting.
